I'm running the Blenheim Palace half marathon on Sunday 2nd October 2011 in memory of my Dad.  He died nearly 7 years ago to the day of the race of a sudden heart attack at the age of 59, whilst doing one of his favourite things scuba diving.

Heart disease is one of the major killers in the UK, any money raised to prevent/diminish this will save lives now and in the future.  Please help me raise as much as I can for this worthwhile cause.
