If you know me well, you know I'm far from a risk taker ;)

I'm rubbish with heights, speed, hanging from things and getting cold and muddy so this is exactly what I'll be doing when myself and my hubby Jon take on Tough Mudder on 18th September!  

Sadly, my amazing and inspirational friend Jacquie and her family been affected as her lovely husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the early age of 41.  This has made it personal!

If we can go some way to find a cure for this horrible disease then of course I'm IN!

This will be the second "out of my comfort zone" experience so far this year so if you can sponsor me to ease the pain that would be awesome!
