Story

Chris and Sarah are walking for the Alzheimer's Society because they are both very aware of the challenges of this disease.

Chris cares for Pat who has had dementia for several years and now requires 24 hour care at home.

Sarah cares for Viv who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in March 2017 at the National Hospital Queens Square in London. Viv is currently involved in an Alzheimer's research project.

We hope to raise as much money as possible to fund the much needed research, care and education for Alzheimer's disease and all other forms of dementia.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
