The challenge is simple. Gather a team of up to 8 swimmers and swim for an hour each, for 24 hours. It really doesnt matter what your ability is. Its not a race, no one is being timed or tracked. You swim as much as you want, as fast as you want.

Story

I'm part of a team taking part in the Level Water 24-hour swim relay at Clevedon Marine Lake in July. Level Water is a charity that provides one-to-one swimming lessons for children with disabilities."We use the power of swimming to change lives for kids with disabilities"- Level Water. 

Having spent time voluntarily running a swimming club which focused on providing opportunities for all children to access swimming, this cause runs close to my heart.
