*Update*
I DID IT!!!!!!!! I completed the London Marathon 2010 in 4 hours 28 minutes! It was so hard but I am really pleased with my self. I want to say thank you for everyone who has sponsored me so far, the money is going to go to a really great cause and it spurred me on through the tricky bits.
If you have not yet sponsored me and would like to there is still time - I would just love to reach my target.
Thanks again.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the London Marathon!!!!! Why? you ask...to raise funds for the organisation 'Umthombo' (http://www.umthombo.org/), which is a unique South African street children organisation led predominantly by former street children. Umthombo aims to change the way that society perceives and treats street children through
educating society as to the realities of the street child experience
and through developing and implementing informed, working strategies to
address the issue in South African cities.
It is also the organisation that I visited in the summer and am going back to this summer. If you would like to see some videos about some of the work they do please click on the links below.

My fundraising is going via Amos Trust - a UK based charity who will send all the money raised straight to Umthombo.
This is the most disciplined thing I have ever done...please don't let it be in vain...I would hate to have to do it again!
