Story

I'm taking part in Up the Hill for Jack&Jill. Jack & Jill currently look after over 360 families in every county across Ireland. Every €16 equals one hour of in home nursing care for our sick children. Stay local, stay safe, support Up the Hill in your community.

Jack and Jill funds and provides in-home nursing care for children with highly complex medical conditions up to the age of six and provide end of life care for children under six, regardless of the diagnosis. Parents call the service the ‘gift of time'.
