I am a 44 year old house wift with three children, I got off the sofa in September 2012 and got onto my bike, I had trouble in cycling ten miles but now I can cycle 50 with no problems at all - In May 2013 I will be cycling to North Yorkshire from Great Totham, the team is myself, my brother Ethan, my nephew Jordon, his lovely girlfriend and my wonderful friend Chris.  We will be backed up by a road crew of Kevin, David and Jane.  Our friend Jo will be joining us thoughtout the ride here and there.

In 1994 my mother died of cancer at the age of 56, my father died in 2008 of cancer too.  My dearest friends Lesley and Stafford lost their darling daughter Lynsey to cancer, she was in her early thirties, full of life and one of the pluckiest, kindest and funny people I knew.  Therefore I am donating to Cancer Research UK because you never think it will be you!
