I’m running this summer in the Asics British 10k summer run on Sunday 6^th July (Doubling up my distance from last year, which I’m not sure is a very clever idea )

This year, I’m running for a small Central American charity called Casa Alianza (casalianza.org.uk). They provide food, shelter and care for children living on the streets in Mexico, Guatemala and Nicaragua, and as well as support and life skills for their future.
