Story
If anything, my Jesuit education has inspired me to be a woman for (and with) others. Before attending Fordham University, I was blind to all the injustices that plague our world. Through service-learning programs and Campus Ministry retreats, I became aware of my purpose in life: to use my privilege to be in solidarity with others.
Starting this fall, I am going to be a Jesuit Volunteer (JV) at the Homeless Prenatal Program in San Francisco, CA. I am so excited to help families break the cycle of childhood poverty by acting as a Case Management intern. Thank you so much for taking some time to learn more about JVC. I cannot wait for my journey to begin!
