I'm running the 2022 Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2 October for WEN Wales.

Why WEN? Because this year they celebrated 10 years as a charity. Who knew when a few of us sat around a table a decade ago to forge a space to being gender equality work together that they would become such a success!

The other trustees as WEN were my support network when I experienced maternity discrimination, the staff team have always supported any campaign and I’ve watched them grow into a fantastic organisation.
