I’ll be abseiling down the side of the Forth Rail Bridge, South Queensferry to raise funds for Strathcarron Hospice. 

I don’t usually do fundraising, but this is a cause close to my heart. Strathcarron Hospice is the local Hospice for my patients and their families and I see the great work they do on a regular basis. It really is a vital service for the area but relies on the support of the public. 

I am not the fondest of heights and would usually keep any sporting activities strictly with my feet close to the ground. I am hoping there is no breeze on the day at that height, and would be dreading a typical Scottish day (with all four seasons)!

So please donate what you can, and if you can’t, then send me some luck for good weather on the day!
