Thank you for visiting the Just Giving page, set up in memory of Patrick Wood. 

The Martlets Hospice at Home nurses cared for him during his last days, and without their support he would not have been able to pass away at home, where he wanted to be, surrounded by his family. 

They not only cared for him, making sure he was comfortable and not in any painor distress, but they also helped our family to deal with his passing too. 

This page has been set up so we can show our thanks to the team who looked after Patrick, and help them to continue helping other families like ours.
