My Dad was really into his fitness. He loved running the local 10k's and earned the nickname "Stormin Norman!" from his friends at the running club. Unfortunately I was not blessed with the physique for running so I'm remembering my Dad by completing my first open water swim in Loch Lomond. Some of my earliest memories are of him teaching me to swim so seems fitting. (Just wish the wetsuit was!!!) Anything you give will be going to a great cause and very much appreciated. xxx
