As you know, Sam and Alex have attended Rainbows since they were 3 years old.  It gives me a few days respite and gives the boys the freedom they don't always get at home.  I have persuaded my sister, Natalie Walford, to join me in abseiling down Derby Cathedral.  Please help support us and Rainbows if you can.
