Most of you who know me will understand why i've chosen to run the Adidas Half Marathon for the 'Against Breast Cancer' charity. They are a small local charity who are dedicated to funding ground breaking research to improve detection and increase survival after breast cancer diagnosis.

I know things are tough financially, but any donation, no matter how small, would be amazing and appreciated by many people.

This is the first (and I suspect last!) half marathon i've ever done. I may well throw up as I come through the finishing line but at least that will provide some entertainment for the spectators.
