Incredibly it has been a year since we lost our lovely Simon. We wanted to mark the occasion by giving back to the people who helped us out so amazingly this time last year. St Michael's  “Hospice at Home” service meant that Simon could stay with us to the last minute, safe and cared for in his own home. They receive no government funding and rely on benefactors, will gifting and charitable donations for their income. We need these people - please give a little donation if you can.
