Since I had Maisie (and ran the Marathon, did I tell you that!?) I have literally done zilch exercise, aside from picking her up and lifting my right arm at the bar!

So, after going to the Paralympics, I decided it was just shameless that I do nowt and I wanted to do something that mattered to people less fortunate than myself, so found this wonderful Charity/Run....

Canine Partners are based close to Midhurst, however, are a National Charity who train dogs in helping people with disabilities. The dogs are just amazing in that they open and close doors, press buttons and load washing machines, basically, things that are just an every day occurence for most of us. Now, most of you know our dog Belle, and training a dog is no easy task, so complete hats off to them!

If you could please spare a couple of squid to motivate me to get my bottom around a 10km (6mile) course on a Sunday 30 September, I would very much appreciate it.
