Hi, As most of you know my mum has bowel cancer and I have chosen to raise money for the charity Bowel Cancer UK to help others from this disease.  My photo shows my mum holding me and of course Mandy my twin sister.  (Don't ask which one is me!) I am participating in "The London Triathlon" and have to Swim 750m, Bike 20km and Run 5km.  I thank you in advance for any donations you are able to make and hope to see you soon, lots of love Sarah xxx
