Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.   I was 3 months pregnant with my second child when I lost my mum to bowel cancer.  In just 3 months she was diagnosed and then died from such an aggressive illness.  It was the biggest loss I have ever had and I still think of her every day and follow her voice and guidance in my head.  I cannot believe I haven't spoken to my mum for 9 years now and I miss her so much.  I have always wanted to join all those other nutters running the London Marathon, so I entered the ballot and to my complete surprise I got a place!!  I am nervous and excited and it's now or never for me to do it.  This will hopefully be a massive achievement for me and I would really be grateful if you could support me and keep me going through all my gruesome training which lies ahead, by donating to my chosen charity: "Beating Bowel Cancer".  If you generously do that for me along with my mum's voice of encouragement in my head I will succeed.  Massive thanks.
