Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On the 19th October 2014 I am running the Great West Run to raise money for Hospiscare, a charity close to my heart.

In November 2011 my Dad was sadly diagnosed with terminal cancer, and died in Hospiscare just three days later. The team at Hospiscare enabled him to die comfortably and with dignity. You can check out the Hospiscare page to see in more detail what they do - but the short story is that it costs them over £10k per day to provide their services, which are completely free and put many families at ease knowing their loved ones are cared for in their last days, weeks or months.
