As you know I like to do a challenge, this year, a week after I turn 40, I am going to walk around the Isle of Wight for The Alzheimer's Society with my great friend Maria. We chose to walk for the Alzheimer's Society as this is a charity very close to Maria's heart. Dementia is a cruel disease, affecting not only the person but their family too.
