Hello all

I know I have left it ridiculously late to set this up, I have been unsure as to whether i'd participate this year due to recent illnesses etc but I have decided to man up and cycle as it is a really good cause and i'll just try and do my best :-)

Thank you to those who have requested that I set this up in order to sponsor me, I realy hope I complete the challenge and I hope I don't let down my team by lagging behind (!!)
