Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my page.

It's been 4 years since I took part in the London Moonwalk (see attached pic), and was excited to discover, through the charity I do a little bit of volunteering for, Sevenoaks Area Mind (SAM), I heard they were wanting people to take on an abseiling challenge, and so I signed up immediately, and here I am...

... with 3 other people joining in the fun. This is my very first (hopefully not last!) abseil. I understand it's about a 100 feet drop, so nothing too horrendous, and as I have a great love for heights, it should be a walk in the park.....!!!!!

Oh well, too late now, I'm in, and therefore, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE (that's all the pleading I'm doing!), kindly make a donation to my page, which goes directly to SAM, a precious and priceless organisation... It would be great to try and help diminish the stigma, which sadly, even in 2012, still comes, now and then, with mental health...
