On the 23rd July, a group of us are going to cycle around Essex to help raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. We have put a lot of effort into the training and are hoping it pays off on the big day! Some of us will be doing 50 miles.....but Slacky and Barney are aiming for 75 miles!  

 

Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated by both us and the charity! Just £20 pays for a Marie Curie Nurse for one hour in a patient's home. £130 would pay for attendance at a Day Therapy Unit for one day in a Marie Curie Hospice.
