<p>Well, as anyone can remember from last year : I HATE RUNNING. But all in the name of a good cause, I'm running 5k with some mountivew girlies on September 11th in the 5k Woman's Challenge in Hyde Park for a charity called 'BEAT'.</p>

Our vision is that eating disorders will be beaten. <strong>beat </strong>is the first port of call for anyone who is affected by an eating disorder, adult or young sufferer, family member, friend or the profesional supporting them.</p>
