In June 2022, I will be travelling 4350 miles to Tanzania and climbing 19340 ft up Mount Kilimanjaro, in aid of Meningitis Research Foundation. 

What is Meningitis? Meningitis is the swelling of the meninges, that surrounds the brain and spinal cord, caused by germs entering the body. This illness can lead to brain swelling, permanent disability, coma, and even death.

This disease affects more than 5 million people every year, however students, like myself, are one of the most at risk groups of people to this disease.
