So why am I and some of my amazing family and friends taking part in this crazy challenge?!

Evie my daughter is just about to turn 4 years old and lives with a rare genetic condition called CDKL5 which there is no cure for. For Evie this means she will have seizures everyday, development delay and has a visual impairment. She can not walk, talk, sit unaided, dress or feed herself. She is dependant on me for everything. Evie has Physio every week to help with her development and we also have programmes to carry out at home with her. She attends a special need school 3 days weeks which she gets so much from and has made some lovely friends who are just like her! Although times can be very hard I would not change her for the world. She has made me the person I am today, given me the strength to get through things I never throughout I would have too. She does more than you would ever know without even realising. So I am doing this challenge to help give back to CDKL5 UK which is a charity which is obviously very close to my heart. I have meet some amazing people through this charity and some people who have inspired me so much who will be friends for life. They have given me more advice than any doctor to consultant could ever have. 

So if you can, please sponsor myself and my team what you can to complete this crazy challenge! It will be tough, I'm sure there will be a lot of laughs, a lot of tears, moments of weakness but as a team we will get each and everyone one of us through it! 'Together we are stronger'
