This year is the ten year anniversay of my father passing.  I did not want his death to be for nothing, so I decided to raise money for St Lukes as it was a local charity that my dad always favoured.  If we had not had the support of our family then I know my dad would have spent his last days at the hospice.

Dad was a big supporter of local charities and held many a fund raising event at the different establishments he ran as Landlord and owner.

The main event will be held at The Beehive in Basildon (when dad ran it it was called The Bullseye!).  This venue has always been part of my life as dad ran it on two seperate occasions.  

Keep looking on this page for updates of events times and dates as they are being arranged.  

Hopefully dad will be watching closely from his 'Great Pub in the Sky' with a pint and a smile, or some silly face that he always pulled, and be proud of how we are pulling together for such a great cause.
