Motor Neurone Disease (MND) describes a group of diseases that affect the nerves (motor neurones) in the brain and spinal cord that tell your muscles what to do.

In late 2018 Stephen Darby was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease, Stephen & his family have set up an amazing foundation "The Darby Rimmer MND Foundation" which is raising funds and awareness to support MND.

Running this event has always been a life goal for me & I couldn't be more proud to take part in this event while supporting such an amazing charity.
