We change lives and give a brighter future to those affected by Rett syndrome. Now.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My beautiful niece Katie Mae was recently diagnosed with RETT SYNDROME.

I am hoping to raise awareness and  money to help Rett UK promote, support and encourage research towards an eventual cure. Rett UK also offer amazing support to families and carers helping to ensure people with Rett syndrome have access to best practice diagnosis, treatment and care.

Rett Syndrome is a a rare and devastating disability, it is the most common genetic cause of severe disability in females and less commonly in males, yet few people have ever heard of it.

Rett children appear to be born perfectly normal but by 18 months they start to regress.  Throughout their lives people with Rett Syndrome are totally reliant on others for support.

Please help support this charity  RETT UK - Support today, hope for tomorrow
