Story

Age UK North Tyneside is committed to ending loneliness for older people. . There are over 14,000 lonely, older people living in North Tyneside, many have a T.V. as their only company for days and weeks at a time. Through our social activities and events we hope to #endloneliness in North Tyneside, bring people together and support them to obtain the information they need to make more of life. To enable us to do this we need your support. For instance £1 will provide a hot brew at one of our many cuppa clubs which bring people together enabling them to socialise. A £5 donation could pay for a taxi for someone to join a Christmas Day lunch, otherwise they could spend the day alone. A donation of £150 would enable us to organise a mini bus to ferry more people to a Christmas lunch. We need your help. Please donate what you can
