Throughout January 2021 I will be taking part in Dry January as well as cycling 350km on my Spin bike. This is the distance from where I live to Fistral Beach, one of my very favourite places.

Many of you will know that my sister Laura has Brittle Asthma and that this has hugely impacted on her life for many years and especially in the last 12 months. She has been a real inspiration to me this year! Asthma UK is therefore a charity very close to my heart and I want to raise funds to help them support Asthma sufferers like Laura and to aid with research into new treatments.
