In January 2017 my world came crashing down when my amazing mum Linda was diagnosed with Essential Thrombocytheamia a rare form of Leukaemia (ET).

The past 17 months I've watched her go through it all, the endless appointments, tests after tests, three different lots of chemotherapy, all of which her body has disagreed with. My mum's body is fighting this horrible disease every day and night. I can't take this away no matter how much i wish i could but I can be there to support her, hold her hand, dry the tears away and make her smile as much as I can.

The Leaukemia Care team have all been amazing and to show them how amazing and to help with the on going care, tests, treatments and everything else they provide for my mum and so many thousand of others I've been mad enough to try and run the London Marathon 2019 with a very good friend of mine Mandy Thompson who is going to help me, push me through the training and join me in the whole cause and also running the London Marathon. 

Bearing in mind I have a nearly 9 month old little girl so I have done no physical activities in sport's for along time and I'm not the best at running. One of the things I hate most.

Please help me with raising as much as possible for such an amazing charity close to my heart.
