Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The money I raise will go to this worthy charity as I have been affected by Alzheimer's in my family. I have had Aunts & Uncles which have had it but, most of all the 2 closest people I sadly lost nearly in 2016 & 2017 was my hero (my Father) & my beautiful Nana.  

I lost them twice each by this cruel disease. Firstly you slowly watch them die as a person for years before they finally do die then second time you lose them for good eventually. They lose themselves as a person, they lose their dignity, their mind & lose all their memories of loved ones. It's truly heart breaking.

I can't do a long charity walk or run anymore due to my disabilities so this is the next best way of honoring their memory. If I can do something to make a difference & that I'm helping to find a cure then that is brilliant news.  Every penny counts to help find a cure of this horrendous disease.  🥺
