I will be running the Run to The Beat London Half Marathon on behalf of The Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.

The Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (BMSTC) was established

to provide a range of therapy treatments, guidance and support
to encourage self-help
to enable improved disease symptom management
and to promote an enhanced quality of life for people with MS, their families and carers.

Multiple Sclerosis is an incurable and unpredictable disease affecting the central nervous system. BMSTC provides therapies for people with MS in Berkshire and the surrounding counties, empowering them to manage their condition.
