In 2022 Chris and I decided we would like to learn to dance together and, with the much needed help of Ross from Dance HQ, we took our first tentative steps. 

On the announcement of Strictly Shropshire 2022 event organised by Dance HQ in support of hope house, we put our names forward.

We had the great honour to have been chosen from the many applicants this year to dance as a couple. This means not only will we not have a professional partner to dance with on the night of the competition but we have also have been chosen to dance the Charleston- a fast paced dance with lots of action!

We will have 7 lessons starting September with Ross who will be creating a routine especially for us. The facebook page is Strictly Shropshire 2022 which gives links for event tickets and all the competitors. Tickets will be available from 1st September from eventbrite.

Apart from the fact that there is a movie theme, we have no idea what music we will be dancing to.
