Every year me, the women in my family and our friends do a sponsored pub crawl from St anns Hospice in Little Hulton to Salford. We usually do it to the Woolpack pub but unfortunately that's been closed down so this year we are walking to 'The Church' pub on Ford Lane. Saturday 25th July.

 

This year we'd REAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLY like your help. There are about 20 of us doing it this year and we want to make this the biggest amount of money we've raised so far.

 

St Anns is a local hospice that aims to significantly improve the quality of life for adults over the age of 18 living with life threatening illnesses while supporting their families and carers. They are an independant charity and all car is provided free of charge to over 3000 people every year. They need to Raise around £16000 EVERY day to provide this care to the patients.

 

So please PLEASE give what you can, no matter how small you may think the amount is, every penny really does help! All the staff do an absolutely fantastic job and have personally helped my family out a lot! There really are no words to describe the work they do and how they help patients and families. My dad and other family members have all been patients at St Ann's so its a charity really close to my heart.

Just to reassure, this is NOT an actual pub crawl. Although we stop off at all pubs on the way to collect money we do not drink in them all. We take this fundraising event very seriously. Thanks x x
