Chances are you have seen a lot of these by now. Someone asking for charity money to do something they want to do anyway; a skydive, a marathon, a sponsored spa day. This fundraiser however has a twist, we (Sarah, Charlotte and Emily) are embarking on a 100km 24 hour walk along the Jurassic Coast. Now walking doesn't immediately seem impressive and there is no prestige in walking after the age of 2 or 3 years, nonetheless walking 100km will be a gruelling mental challenge. We wanted to use this understated and underestimated challenge to ensure the focus is entirely on our chosen charity, Parkinson's UK.

Parkinson's in an awful disease that robs suffers of the last years of their lives. Sarah's Grandma Brenda was a sufferer so the cause is very close to her heart and despite the excellent work being done, with your help we can do more.

If we can put ourselves through a little suffering to help those who are truly suffering it will certainly be worth it.
