It is difficult to find a family nowadays that has not been touched by cancer in some way.  Charis Cancer Care are situated in Mid Ulster and provide essential support to patients and their families - from counselling to practical advice and holistic therapies.  I want to raise funds and awareness of the fabulous work that they do for people in our local communities.

A Sun Salutation is a series of yoga poses done in a continuous movement.  Traditionally Salutations are performed to welcome in the new day and they can be physically demanding.  108 is a significant number in yoga and people will perform 108 Salutations at the beginning of a season, the new year or for a personal challenge.  

On Saturday 23rd March at 10am, we will gather at St Brigid's Primary School in Brocagh to attempt our challenge.  Everyone is welcome, should you carry out one salutation or 100.  Donations can be made on the day, but if you can not come along and want to show your support then I am grateful for your online donation.
