On the 16th November I'll be running the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest 10km at the Battersea Power Station in London.

A little different to my normal runs...monkey bars and mud.....eek.

I've chosen to continue raising funds for the charity Shine, in memory of my brother James who suffered with Spina Bifida. Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout life for anyone living with Spina Bifida.

It's the only charity currently set up to support people with Spina Bifida so any help in raising awareness and funds for this charity would be fantastic.
