We are running 10km to help raise some funds for Velindre Hospital in Cardiff. It is only a small effort by me to help Velindre help people facing a much tougher battle. 

Velindre helped my sister Lisa battle cancer bravely for 16 months. We are forever grateful for all they did for Lisa and i would like to give a little back.
