I am spending the night on Friday 6th November with my great friend Sarah Brufal in Spitalfields Church Crypt to support the Charity's work for homelessness and addiction. 

Albeit a small gesture for an important cause, many of you will know that I don't like being separated from my pillow never mind my bed!
