Suicide has been declared a national emergency in Wales, with Powys having the highest suicide rates in the country. We have developed a pledge which we hope will encourage people to talk to one another about their problems and raise awareness.

Mid Powys Mind provides information, support, activities and training to anyone in Radnorshire and North Brecknock with an interest in mental health and well being.
