Story
Can you remember what you were doing on 27th September 2004? For some of us that day is a day that we shall never forget, when the unthinkable and unimaginable happened. That day, our dear friends Lou & Paul Woodbridge's beloved two year old twins, William and Betsy, were killed in a tragic household accident. Not only did Lou & Paul lose their beloved twins but Ben and Lily lost their brother and sister.
Through the fantastic specialist support provided by the Child Bereavement Charity, Lou, Paul and their family have been given enormous love and support in helping them, a day at a time, to try cope with their everyday loss and to continue to live their lives.
As a close friend of the family, I shall be forever indebted to the Child Bereavement Charity for helping them through their darkest days. Betsy and William continue to live on in all of our memories and onn April 25th 2010 I plan to run The Virgin London Marathon in memory them and raising funds for the Child Bereavement Charity that provides invaluable specialist support, information and training to all those affected when a baby or child dies or when a child is bereaved.
