Ricky Road Run 2021
Campaign by WaterAid (RCN 288701 (England and Wales) and SC039479 (Scotland))
The annual 10 mile run around Chorleywood & Rickmansworth provides a great challenge to runners of all abilities. Funds raised on this page are all in support of WaterAid.

Story

Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene should be a normal part of everyones daily life. Without all three, people cant live dignified, healthy lives. With all three, they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good. With clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene, children are born healthier. They get the chance to go to school and grow up to become adults. Women and men get to earn a living. Whole communities start to thrive. It sounds normal and it should be. The Ricky Road Run 2021, organised by Affinity Water, is now in its 38th year and for the second time it is being run virtually! As always the event supports the great work that WaterAid does around the world.
