A healthy body leads to a healthy mind so I'm setting myself different monthly challenges for the year April 2014- 2015 in the hope that I'll not only become healthier but so will the coffers at the fabulous charity Mind.
First months challenge - In May and June I will be doing the Non Evans 8 week plan. Strictly healthy food, eating lots but plain with absolutely NO treats and 8 training sessions a week! For a cake-a-holic like me it will be a tough challenge!
June - I will be doing the South Gower bike ride - that's 46 miles around Gower. Thats hills people, great big eff off hills!
July - Ten 10k's in ten days! I'm gonna run/walk/crawl these in 10 consequtive days.
September - the Swansea 10 k run - more details to follow
