This mini campaign has been set up to raise awareness of how keeping active is massively linked to everyones mental and physical well-being. 

RASA will be promoting the mini campaign week commencing 27th September 2021.

As a staff member I’m fundraising to support this campaign and will be taking part in the 7 hours of exercise.
