Lucie and I will be riding 100 miles plus, with 24 others to support UpsnDowns and raise awareness about World Down’s Syndrome Day on 21sr March.

UpsnDowns provides support and advice for children, adults and families affected by Downs Syndrome in Northamptonshire.  They work to increase to increase awareness of Down’s Syndrome and to promote positive attitudes and approaches within the local ans wider community.
