I'm taking part in the Pretty Muddy challenge along with my team the 45ers.  One of our team members lost her sister to cancer a number of years ago and has been running to raise funds for Cancer Research ever since.  She persuaded me to  join in with this event which should be fun and very messy!  It'll be my first time running/wading/sliding for Cancer Research UK so if you're able to give any donation no matter how small it'll help spur me on.
