Thanks for visiting. I love running and the headspace it gives me, I decided to take part on Run Every Day January (RED January) which is initiative to beat the January blues by Mind UK.
I have always suffered with anxiety and 2017 was a particularly hard year for me, I want people to start talking about mental health and reduce the stigma surrounded by it.
On the 31st January i ran with 8 friends and completed my 100 mile target - in fact i ended January on 103 miles!!
